Terms & Conditions 2020/2021

Payment Conditions

Our company accepts credit cards (please add a 5% service charge), PayPal (please add a 5% service charge) and bank transfers.
To confirm the booking we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance needs to be paid the latest 14 days prior to the tour. The tour can also be prepaid in full at the moment of booking.

Cancellation Policy for Individuals

Cancellations more than a week in advance: only administration costs of 15%
Cancellation between a week and 48 hours prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date: 100% of the total amount
No show: no restitution

Cancellation Policy for Groups larger than 8 people

Cancellation more than 1 month before departure date: only administration fees
Cancellation between 1 month and 2 weeks prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount
Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to departure date: 100% of the total amount
No show: no restitution

Terms & Conditions

The rates quoted are exclusive of specific costs (transportation, meal allowance ...). Any service canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be due in full.
Please note: rates may vary depending on the service requested, the language in which it Takes place and the preparation time required. GC rates differ from one region to another. Benefits are generally paid at the half-day, full day or evening.
